Extreme Star Tattoo Design
Here is an extreme tattoo design that you might find amusing. Its crazy to see what people will go through to get a tattoo. This guy also has a 3D skin design, which is gaining popularity. I have no idea how much pain it would be to get those knobs on the forehead. The star tattoos alone would probably kill since its placed on sensitive skin on the forehead.
